Kat & Dan's Family Farm Engagement Session

It's tough to write anything about Kat without mentioning that we've been friends with her for almost a decade. Lots of shared history, good times and hundreds of pictures made of each other throughout it all. Kat living in Baltimore, MD was one of the reasons we felt comfortable moving there in the first place after graduating college, and Kat endorsing the first apartment we'd live in in Baltimore was the reason we did it at all. Kat's been there for us through the best of times and the hardest of times, and photographing her with her fiancee Dan was really special because of that. They met working at the same restaurant in Baltimore, and after a time fell for each other and got engaged in 2017. Photographing them was one of the most fun and laid back sessions we had yet. We got to hang out on Kat's brother's farm for an evening and Dan broke out his motorcycle (once his father's), and we had a blast experimenting with photographing them cruising down the empty road in front of the farm as the sun was setting.
